We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team at Vision Agency. As a Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, gathering project requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with our talented team to transform client visions into tangible digital solutions

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between Vision Agency and clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
• Gather comprehensive project requirements from clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and marketers to develop project proposals and timelines.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns and managing expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to continually improve service delivery.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a web agency or digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of web development processes and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and Swedish languages is required.
